Resum: La revista Estudis Romanics 39 (2017) ha publicat el meu article: “Enyego d’Avalos, autor del Curial e Guelfa ?”, que resumeix una part de la meua tesi doctoral, La cort napolitana d’Alfons el Magnanim: el context del «Curial e Guelfa» (Universitat de Valencia, 2016). L’article defensa la hipotesi que Enyego d’Avalos –natural de Toledo, educat a Valencia, conseller de Felip Maria Visconti i gran camarlenc d’Alfons el Magnanim, al regne de Napols– hauria estat l’autor de la novel·la cavalleresca anonima Curial e Guelfa . This paper aims at showing how integrating the Archive of the Italian Latinity of the Middle Ages (ALIM) into the ILC4CLARIN repository can provide mutual benefits. Making ALIM available to a large community of scholars and researchers, on the one side, represents the first step to reduce the lack of resources for Medieval Latin in CLARIN and, on the other side, constitutes an unprecedented contribution to not only linguistic investigations, but also to the studies of the culture and science at the basis of the Western European society. Aquest treball ofereix una descripció de conjunt dels fenòmens de versificació que presenten tres textos de Ramon Llull: Pecat d’Adam, l’opuscle D’oració (cinquena part de la Medicina de pecat) i l’Aplicació de l’Art general. La tria respon a un doble criteri: tots tres textos són escrits en el mateix esquema de versificació (noves rimades) i de tots tres se’n conserven còpies manuscrites fetes per un mateix copista, Guillem Pagès. L’anàlisi mètrica i estròfica dels textos permet observar els criteris de regularitat mètrica que segueix l’autor i el tipus de llicències que aplica en aquests textos. A sustainable work flow for a multi-layer edition of the Chronicon by Romualdus Salernitanus

My experimental scholarly digital edition of the De nomine by Ursus Beneventanus tested the feasibility of the edition model theorized by Orlandi 2010, based on three different layers of text representation (graphematic, alphabetic and linguistic) and on a table of all graphemes having distinctive value in the graphic system of a specific manuscript (“graphematic table of signs”). Its work flow, however, proved to be very time-consuming. This talk analyzes the specific practices of the Ursus edition that mostly slowed down the work flow and outlines possible solutions to be applied in my ongoing digital edition of the Chronicon by Romualdus Salernitanus. ‘Idou ho anthropos’ (Latin Ecce homo, ‘Behold the man’) are the words used by Pilate in presenting Jesus to the Jews, bound, scourged, crowned with thorns, and wearing a purple robe (John 19:15). Most interpreters of Pilate’s laconic statement have taken Ecce homo to mean, ‘Here is the poor fellow!’, the speaker’s rhetoric having the purpose of eliciting pity from the spectators, or contemptuously ridiculing the Jews for taking such a lowly and risible figure’s claim to kingship over them so seriously, or provoking them into demanding Christ’s release.
